Public Verification &
Entity Confirmation.

Counterparties, banks, PSPs, brokers, vendors, and internal compliance teams often need a clean way to understand whether an entity record, certificate, registered agent reference, or administrative status can be checked. Principe Legal supports structured verification requests and evidence packs for Neves-related corporate records.

What can be checked
Verification should answer the right question, not create false comfort.
A serious verification page should separate corporate existence, administrative standing, document validity, license scope, and commercial credibility. Mixing those together creates confusion. This page keeps the line clean.
01

Corporate existence

Checks whether the entity details being presented are consistent with the available corporate record or document pack.

  • Entity name and number
  • Date of incorporation
  • Registered office reference
  • Administrative record consistency
02

Registered agent confirmation

Confirms whether Principe Legal is being referenced correctly in relation to administrative or corporate support.

  • Scope of appointment
  • Contact channel validation
  • Document handling references
  • Administrative role boundaries
03

Certificate and register checks

Reviews whether a certificate, register, resolution, or extract appears consistent with the company file.

  • Good standing references
  • Incumbency certificates
  • Director/shareholder registers
  • Resolution dates and signatures
04

License and framework references

Where an entity refers to a Neves license category, the verification process should check the exact wording, activity description, public register status, and any limitations attached to that reference.

  • License category wording
  • Public register status
  • Conditions or limitations where available
  • Use of licensing authority names in marketing material
05

Counterparty evidence packs

For banks, PSPs, liquidity providers, payment vendors, and platform partners, a verification pack can be organized as a clean PDF or folder set.

  • Corporate documents index
  • Certificate copies
  • Ownership and control summary
  • Business activity explanation
Important boundary.

Principe Legal may assist with administrative confirmation and document review. It does not guarantee bank approval, payment onboarding, investment returns, broker conduct, trading outcomes, or the future status of any entity. Verification is a record-checking exercise, not magic dust.

Request process
A practical flow for banks, vendors, brokers, and compliance teams.
Verification requests should be structured enough to answer the real question without exposing unnecessary private records or creating overbroad statements.
1

Submit the reference

Provide the entity name, entity number, certificate copy, website reference, invoice, email, or public claim you want checked.

2

Define the purpose

State whether the request is for onboarding, banking, vendor due diligence, corporate records, license wording, or internal compliance.

3

Record comparison

The available document pack, registers, correspondence, and public references are reviewed for consistency and obvious gaps.

4

Clarification note

A concise confirmation note can be prepared, identifying what was checked and what was outside scope.

5

Evidence pack

Where required, the supporting materials can be organized into a labelled pack for counterparties or onboarding teams.

6

Update trail

If the company file requires corrections, replacement certificates, or updated registers, those items are separated into an action list.

Status meanings
Clear status language reduces confusion.
These explanations can be used across the website, FAQs, and onboarding packs so users do not misread administrative status as commercial endorsement.

Active

The entity or reference appears current for the limited purpose being checked. This does not mean the business is risk-free or approved for every activity.

Pending

A filing, change, renewal, or document request is under review or not yet complete. Counterparties should avoid treating it as final.

Suspended / restricted

The record may be subject to a hold, limitation, unpaid renewal, compliance concern, or other administrative issue.

Expired

A certificate, license reference, or document may have passed its validity period or no longer reflect the current position.

Archived

The record is retained for history but should not be presented as a current confirmation without fresh review.

Not found

The submitted details do not match available records or are insufficient to confirm the reference. Further information may be required.

Can a third party request confirmation?Yes, but the response may be limited. Some information can be confirmed from public or administrative records, while private ownership or client-file material may require consent or formal authorization.
Does verification confirm that a company is safe to invest with? No. Verification checks records and documents. It does not validate investment offers, trading performance, withdrawal promises, financial promotions, or client-fund safety.
Can marketing claims be checked?Yes. Claims using licensing names, registered agent references, license numbers, certificate images, or public register language can be reviewed for consistency and scope.
What should banks or PSPs request?Usually: certificate of incorporation, good standing or incumbency where relevant, ownership/control summary, business activity description, license or framework reference, and source-of-funds narrative.
